- Lessons begin at the agreed time, with a tolerance of approximately 10/15 minutes. The learner is required to remain available by phone on the day of the lesson.
In the event of delays caused by traffic, accidents or other unforeseen circumstances beyond the school’s control, the learner will be informed by phone, and the lesson start time may be adjusted. In such situations, the lesson will usually finish at the originally agreed time in order to maintain punctuality for subsequent lessons, and any remaining time will be made up at another agreed date. - The instructor will wait for the learner for a maximum of 15 minutes at the agreed location. After this time, the lesson will be considered completed and fully chargeable.
- A standard lesson lasts 2 or 3 hours (crash courses may vary in duration). The lesson includes learning and a short debrief. If learners have any questions for the driving instructor, they should be asked at the beginning of the lesson, as we try to respect everyone’s time and be punctual.
- Learner pick-up takes place from a previously agreed location. Any last minute changes may result in a reduction of lesson time.
- Payment can be made by bank transfer or cash at the beginning of the lesson.
– For bank transfers, payment must be made immediately after booking the lesson. Failure to make payment may result in removal from the schedule.
– Individual lessons and blocks of hours are available.
– Payment for the first lesson needs to be made by bank transfer. - Lessons may be cancelled free of charge up to 48 hours before the scheduled lesson time. Cancellation with less than 48 hours’ notice will result in a full lesson charge, or deduction of the lesson from a prepaid package.
- If a lesson is cancelled by the school (e.g. instructor illness, vehicle damage, car breakdown or other unforeseen circumstances), the learner will not incur any charges and the lesson will be rearranged for another date.
- Driving tests take priority over regular lessons. In the event of a scheduling conflict, the lesson may be rearranged, however, the learner will not lose any paid lesson time.
- Driving tests begin and end at the driving test centre.
- If a learner attends a lesson showing sign of illness or in a condition that prevents safe driving, the instructor has the right to refuse to conduct the lesson. In such cases, the lesson will be treated as completed and fully chargeable to the learner.
- Our driving school produces a vehicle for practical driving tests, however, the final decision regarding the use of our vehicle for the test rests solely with the instructor.
We reserve the right to refuse the use of the vehicle if, in the instructor’s opinion, the learner is not sufficiently prepared to take the practical driving test safely and confidently.
If we are unable to provide a vehicle for the driving test due to technical reasons (e.g. vehicle breakdown), the school accepts no financial responsibility for the cancellation or rescheduling of the test. - All payments for lessons and lesson packages are non-refundable once lessons have been delivered. Refunds may only be considered in exceptional circumstances at the school’s discretion. Unused lessons from a package may be rearranged but are not automatically refundable.
- Our driving school operates a zero-tolerance policy towards any form of intimidation, harassment, discrimination, unreasonable or unsafe behaviour.
Driving lessons may be suspended or cancelled at any time, at the sole discretion of the instructor, if the learner’s behaviour affects safety, the quality of training or the instructor’s working environment. - Our complaints procedure is a separate document and may be provided to the learner upon request.
Booking lessons with our driving school constitutes acceptance of these terms and conditions.

Courses at our school are specially prepared for all those who would like to pass the practical test and be able to safely and confidently travel on British roads. Only learning with an experienced instructor will bring such results.
