Terms & Conditions

Driving courses with experienced instructors
  1. The lesson starts at the scheduled time +/-10/15 minutes. The pupil will be informed about any time changes (due to things like traffic, accidents etc) as soon as possible, so it is important to be available by the phone while waiting for the lesson.

  2. After arriving at the agreed place, the instructor will wait in the car for 15 minutes and if the pupil fails to show up, the instructor will leave and the pupil will need to cover the cost of the missed lesson.

  3. One driving lesson lasts 2 or 3 hours (crash course lessons can last longer) which includes learning + debrief at the end. If you have any questions for the driving instructor, they should be asked at the beginning of the lesson, as we try to respect everyone's time and be punctual.

  4. The price includes picking the pupil from a previously agreed address (while scheduling the lesson). Any changes reported 'suddenly' will be deducted from the time of the lesson.

  5. Payment for driving lessons can be made by bank transfer or cash to the instructor at the beginning of the lesson.
    - Bank transfer needs to be made immediately after scheduling the lesson - otherwise the lesson can be cancelled.
    - Payment can be made for individual lessons or for a block of hours.
    - Payment for the first lesson needs to be made by bank transfer.

  6. Lessons can be cancelled up to 48 hours before the scheduled date and time, at no cost. Cancelling the lesson in less than 48 hours will result in a deduction of hours from the block of hours, or the pupil will have to cover the costs of the cancelled lesson.

  7. Cancelling the lesson by us means that the pupil does not have to cover the costs (the lesson is rescheduled to another date).

  8. If the lesson is delayed because of us (traffic, accident, etc.) the pupil does not lose this time - the lesson is extended if possible, or the time is added onto the next lesson.

  9. We meet up at the DTC before the exam, and finish at the DTC.

  10. If the pupil arrives to the lesson showing symptoms of illness, the instructor has the right to refuse to give the lesson due to health reasons and the pupil will need to cover the cost of that lesson.

  11. If we are unable to lend out the car for the exam due to technical reasons (breakdown), we are not financially responsible - please remember that the car works all the time.

  12. Pupils’ driving tests take priority, so if a test suddenly appears, the pupil’s lesson may get rescheduled, however the pupil does not lose the money paid for the lesson as it will be postponed to a different slot.
